I designed the identity and collateral for the yearly CalPERS Career & Education Fair event. Team members attend this internal event to learn about career resources and opportunities within all the various divisions. The design features a speech bubble as a visual metaphor for in-person dialogue and learning. Along with iconography, I applied our inspirational brand colors of dynamic blue and sunspark gold.

Promotional Banner

Large format promotional banner for onsite event. I designed this to include an interchangeable section at the bottom for the event name and date, significantly reducing the production cost for each subsequent event occasion.

I designed a Word template for each of the 25 divisions to create their own handouts.

Printing: Internal, digital

I also created and managed a production schedule for content and design reviews. By sharing the schedule and the template months in advance, we increased efficiency, consistency, and visual brand cohesion.
