Project Brief

In 2009, I attended the In-HOWse Design Conference with my manager. We returned inspired by the Creative Brief session and introduced the concept to our design team. I wrote, designed, and introduced the Public Affairs' Project Brief to our division. Briefs were instrumental in identifying outcome goals and objectives, connectivity to other efforts, impact and risk assessment, identification of project milestones, and minimizing scope creep. Today, the foundation of the project brief continues in form of our Public Affairs' Communications Plan.
